Today, architecture also asks itself how it influences the mental health and well-being of those who live there. An international study published by Naturally Wood, focused on buildings developed with mass timber, provides compelling evidence: biophilic design - which reconnects people with nature through materials, light and environment - can reduce stress, promote concentration and generate healthier environments. The research, which analyzed buildings such as The Exchange, concludes that spaces with wood not only improve the perception of comfort, but They also positively impact productivity and cognitive performance. For its part, in the workplace, these benefits translate into greater satisfaction, reduced stress and a better connection with the workplace.
