The Board of Directors of the College of Architects of the Province of Buenos Aires District 9 organizes another open proposal to the community: the practical theoretical workshop of wood architecture, which will begin on Tuesday, August 20 and will have the participation of professionals with local experience and international.
It will be in charge of members of the College of Architects, the Faculty of Architecture of the UNMDP and guest professionals. It consists of six classes and begins tomorrow. It has as its objective to provide criteria and tools to carry out projects that incorporate wood as a structural system and main component of the envelope. Six meetings will be in mixed modality (four virtual and two face -to -face) and for Complement them will be implemented a virtual space to provide audiovisual and digital material, attendees will work in a specific study case that will serve as a central axis of the sessions. , construction, assembly and commissioning of the artifact / exhibition pavilion winner of the Mar del Plata 150 years.
