Nuevo Lanzamiento Combilift: el Combi-CLL, para cargar troncos en contenedores
Combilift, el reconocido especialista irlandes en la manipulacion de cargas, celebro sus 25 anos de actividad en 2023 con el lanzamiento de cinco nuevos productos. Siguiendo esta linea, en EXPO Richmond 2024, una de las principales ferias americanas en el sector forestal, se asistio al lanzamiento de otro innovador producto: elCombi-CLL (Container Log-Loader).
El concepto y el
funcionamiento del Combi-CLL se basan en elCombi-CSS (Container Slip Sheet), un
equipo que viene siendo utilizado con exito en multiples aplicacionesque
requieren cargar contenedores con carga larga, como por ejemplo paquetes de
madera o acero. Este innovador metodo de carga no solo reduce el riesgo de
accidentes laborales y danos al producto, sino que es increiblemente rapido en
comparacion con otros equipos del mercado, pudiendo cargar un contenedor de 40
piesen menos de 6 minutos y con un solo operador.
El Combi-CLL, de
accionamiento electrohidraulico y con una capacidad de 30 toneladas, ofrece las
mismas ventajas en cuanto a velocidad, seguridad e integridad que el Combi-CSS.
Este nuevo producto nacio para satisfacer las necesidades de los exportadores
de troncos de coniferas y de frondosas, ya que, debido a su forma, son mucho
mas dificiles de manipular que otros productos paletizados o embalados. El
Combi-CLL funciona de la siguiente manera: primero, cada tronco se levanta de
manera individual y se carga en unrobustoconducto metalico de altas paredes.Seguidamente,
el mecanismo patentado de empuje y traccion introduceel tubo en el contenedor.
Una vez el tubo esta dentro del contendor, la barrera hidraulicaabatible se
cierra y se bloquea, sujetando los troncos con seguridad, y el conducto se
retrae, permitiendo asi que los troncos se asienten dentro del contenedor.
Una vez mas,
Combilift ha disenado una solucion pensadapara cubrir las necesidades del
cliente y que ademas tiene potencial para otras aplicaciones mas alla de las
industrias forestal y maderera.
