Successful Entre Ríos Forestry Conferences Consolidate Their Prestige in Argentina
In an event that brought together an impressive number of participants and was held with great success, the Entre Ríos Forest Days once again demonstrated their relevance at the regional and national level. This event, considered a classic in the Argentine forestry sector and one of the most important in the country, has consolidated its prestige over the years.
They had a visit from Councilor Pablo Bovino, who delivered the declaration of interest on behalf of the Deliberative Council, highlighting the importance of these days for both the local community and the forestry industry in general. Since its creation, the Entre Ríos Forest Days have experienced constant growth and were consolidated in their 37th edition, thanks to the tireless work of the Association of Agricultural Engineers of the Northeast of Entre Ríos (AIANER) and the continuous support of the provincial and municipal government .
The event brought together 130 participants from various provinces, the vast majority coming from the provinces of Mesopotamia and Buenos Aires. Colleagues from Uruguay attended, giving an international framework to this event.
It took place in the rooms of the Joint Technical Commission (CTM) during the morning, addressing current issues that have marked the course of the forestry industry, such as the carbon credit market, the application of new technologies with drones in the management of forests and advances in the mechanization of harvesting.
In the afternoon, the participants were able to tour the field of the INTA (National Institute of Agricultural Technology), where very important topics for the sector were discussed, such as soil management, clone improvement, forestry and technology applied to production. of wood.
Once again the Entre Ríos Forest Conferences are the fundamental space for the exchange of knowledge and the promotion of sustainable development in the forestry industry
