The second week of the furniture arrives
From September 18 to 24, more than 600 affiliated businesses from all over the country join this initiative, promoted by the Argentine Furniture Institute (IMA), with the support of the Argentine Federation of the Wood Industry (FAIMA).
From September 18 to 24 and throughout the national territory, Furniture Week will be held with the aim of promoting and revaluing nationally manufactured furniture, with the clear mission of contributing to training, value generation and innovation throughout the production chain and commercial. In addition, to boost sales and facilitate processes, this activity is supported by the Mercado Libre and Tienda BNA (Banco Nación) platforms.
It will undoubtedly be a week full of expectations and full of surprises, with discounts that can reach up to 50%, interest-free installments and product combos. In fact, due to the success achieved in its first edition in 2022, where more than 600 businesses participated throughout the entire national territory and thousands of visitors took the opportunity to renew their furniture, they are working with INTI to develop a seal for furniture of national origin, which allows to identify and differentiate them from imported ones.
Likewise, the IMA is working on the development of a Consolidated Statistical Observatory, which will allow the analysis, evaluation and follow-up of strategic variables of the sector to achieve a specific diagnosis of the situation of the furniture industry and market.
