La Bienal inaugura su tercera jornada
La XVII Bienal Internacional de Arquitectura de Buenos Aires BA19
La mesa redonda llamada ¨La construcción de la ciudad desde una perspectiva cultural¨ dio inicio a un nuevo día en la Bienal de Arquitectura. Allí John Bimgham Hall y Andrea Certulo de Theatrum Mundi (Reino Unido) junto a Fridolin Hinde (Berlin), Ángel Borrego (Madrid), los funcionarios porteños Álvaro García Resta y Enrique Avogadro y el célebre artista argentino, Leandro Elrich, intercambiaron experiencias de diversas ciudades con una mirada crítica sobre las posibilidades de repensar la trama urbana en base a los espacios comunes y los circuitos culturales.
Carlos Dimas del Grupo MESURA de España ocupó el bloque del mediodía donde expuso algunas ideas que caracterizan al grupo creativo, así como su insaciable curiosidad y pasión por la experimentación, la búsqueda constante de nuevas alternativas y la puesta en duda de lo preestablecido.
Por la tarde dio inicio a las charlas Eduardo Elkouss, arquitecto argentino, de Arquitectura para Todos donde expresó sus ideas en torno cómo hacer accesible la ciudad para personas con discapacidad. Posteriormente fue el turno de Octavio Mestre, oriundo de españa, que mostró el proyecto del centro científico CERN en Suiza donde bromeó sobre las facilidades de trabajar con clientes de ese país. Le siguio, Handel Guayasamin, proveniente de Ecuador, que explicó que hay que volver a conectar con los valores esenciales como la solidaridad, la relación con la naturaleza, la colectividad y la sensatez a la hora de pensar proyectos. Pensar el Real Estate Development de una manera consciente y teniendo en cuenta los entornos fue la principal idea expuesta por Flavio Tejada, arquitecto procedente de España, y especialista del diseño urbano y las infraestructuras.
El chileno Humberto Eliash fue el primer expositor del bloque de media tarde donde discutió algunos conceptos de la actividad arquitectónica que lleva adelante Federico Soriano en su libro ¨Sin tesis¨. Luego Ruth Alvarado, de Perú, expuso sobre dinámicas cotidianas y el paisaje poniendo como ejemplo Casa La Quipa en la costa peruana.
La ante última charla del día estuvo de la mano de Ignacio Dahl Rocha, socio fundador del estudio RDR Architectes, el mismo tiene sede en Lausanne y colabora constantemente con proyectos en Buenos Aires como la ampliación de la Universidad Di Tella en Nuñez. Finalmente cerró la jornada Mario Cucinella, arquitecto italiano y referente en cuestiones de sustentabilidad, que expuso sobre proyectos que hacen uso racional de los recursos como también apuntar a un impacto positivo a largo plazo de cada edificio y una regeneración natural, social, económica y urbana.
