The National Service of Health and Agri-Food Quality (Senasa) participated in the first seminar on the production of Argentine pine wood for export, which was held in the city of Corrientes, and was organized by the Secretariat of Government of Agribusiness of the Nation , the Argentine Forestry Association (AFOA) and the provincial government.

Various players in the public and private sectors gathered at the correntina capital to share experiences and raise and define scenarios that promote new export business, within the framework of a meeting designed to bring opportunities and relevant information to those who are exporting or wishing to export products forest base.

In this sense, Mabel Mendez of the International Relations Coordination (CRI) of Senasa, highlighted the most important points regarding the management of open markets by the Agency and outlined the main destinations in actual export, and those potential markets of wood.
