Siempelkamp GmbH & Co. KG is organized as a limited partnership with two managing directors. An advisory board acts as a consultative body with Dr. Martin Stark as the spokesman.

Even today, after more than 135 years of company history, members of the Siempelkamp family - Dr. rer. nat. h. c. Dieter Siempelkamp and Nicolaus Freiherr von Oppenheim - are still closely connected to the company.
