Reinventar la estructura de madera
Concluyeron en Madrid un edificio de viviendas de 20 metros de altura con estructura de madera. Aseguran que este material facilita la construcción, ahorra energía durante la misma, optimiza la superficie útil y multiplica el ahorro energético en el interior de los pisos.
La vieja madera podría ser el material del futuro. Más fácilmente reemplazable (en bosques reforestados con tala controlada) y más ligera que los costosos y pesados acero y hormigón armado, la madera laminada cruzada CLT (Cross Laminated Timber) pegada a 90 grados es, además, más resistente al fuego y más fácil de manipular.

The Argentine Forestry Association (AFoA) organizes the seminar «EUDR in Forest Products: Current status of implementation. Regulatory requirements and private experiences", which will take place on Wednesday, November 26, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., via Zoom, with live streaming on YouTube. The European Regulation on Deforestation-Free Products (EUDR) will enter into force on December 31, 2025 and will impose new requirements for forest products entering the European Union market.
