- Re-chipper - DRPF
As a main characteristic Demuth re-chipper has high versatility to process different material types with variable sizes, such as chips, overs chips, roots, branches, bark, loose industrial waste and synthetic materials (like fabric, leather, rubber and plastics), transforming them into uniform and easy to handle material.

- Chip transportation
Chips are transported between the screen and the pile or silo following international standards. Belts, screw or pneumatic systems with distinct configurations and applications guarantee the chip transfer at low cost and high productivity. Our application engineering, through a technical working group, is able to project and adjust a layout for specific situations.

- Log conveyor
The log conveyor is constructed in different stages, being the first an impact zone with sliding bars or coated rolls, with rubber rings. The logs are conveyed by a high resistant belt to the chipper, passing through a high-pressure log washer. The conveyor has metallic side walls, sprocket rolls and electrical safety switches. Optionally, a metal detector can be installed in a non-metallic zone.

- Bark removing conveyor
The bark is collected by a belt conveyor that transports it to a silo, pile or container. A re-chipper may be added to the system, to chip the bark to any desired size, for other purposes (substracte or fuel)

- Log classifier
Featuring a sturdy metallic structure, built with tubular profiles, supports a chain conveyor that forewards the logs to the respective boxes, where they are stored by pneumatically activated deviators.

- Oscillating screen - DPO
Demuth oscillating screen is of an extremely sturdy construction and has an easy maintenance concept. Manufactured in laminated profiles with square section and structural quality plate, features welded diagonal crossbars that provide an excellent stability. The maintenance and cleaning services are made easier by the front opening covers, which also allow a quick change of the mesh.An eccentric adjustable weight system installed on a vertical shaft on the screen center guarantees its exact oscillation which, combined with different revolution, frequency and amplitude, may adapt to any kind of chips. The screen meshes can be easily replaced in case of changing the selected chip sizes or for maintenance purposes

- Circular saw of longitudinal cuts type TRF200
It is built for longitudinal cuts and chamfers of 200 mm cylindrical bars, from a length of 800 mm. The 2 chamfering devices are adjustable in height, this allows the adjustment of the chamfer and can work also without chamfer. The saw is also available without chamfering equipment, the construction is then shorter.

- Circular saw for longitudinal cuts type t140
It is built for longitudinal cuts of cylindrical bars from a length of 500 mm. The circular saw of hard metal has a diameter of 450 mm and can be lowered without steps to ensure an optimal cutting surface.

- Horizontal Band Saw
They demonstrate versatility in the use of pieces of any thickness from 2 mm, with variable advance speeds according to the type and length of wood that will be sawn.

- Sawdust Separator
It performs the separation of the sawdust, without the client having the work of making two exits, one for the fine sawdust, another for the remains. This equipment is manufactured under measure, usually at half the length of the wood that is sawn. And it can be easily adapted in your company, because it is a simple and practical equipment.

- Log splitter - DRT
DEMUTH Log Splitter was idealized to make good use of big dimension logs that present handling difficulties, in order to be processed for final use. The equipment is basically manufactured in two models (with mobile or stationary centralizing table), totally dispensing the use of wedges, hammers or ribbon saw.

- Drum chipper - DPF
DEMUTH DPF Drum Chippers are extremely simple machines with updated constructive characteristics, which to considerably increase efficiency and durability. The machines were projected after observing and using several equipament in operation. Considering that drum chippers are equipment initially used in countries of essentially tropical woods, they were properly projected and the experience proved to be machines of very long durability, high versatility and low maintenance
