MAQUINAS MULTIPLES PARA VARIOS MAQUINADOS SIMULTANEOS · CENTRO DE MECANIZADO A CN · El Graduador Rotativo con Cuarto Eje de ShopBot permite la rotación horizontal de una pieza en proceso de corte o mecanizado en un ShopBot CNC. A través del mismo, puede lograrse un preciso control graduado de la rotación de la pieza en un cuarto eje de trabajo. Este cuarto eje permite el perfilado de formas, trabajos ornamentales decorativos e intrincados tallados en 3D. Una herramienta incluida en el Software de Control ShopBot permite el corte de perfiles y torneado de ejes; también pueden realizarse anillos, espirales y torsiones; envolver texto alrededor de un cilindro y grabar cilindros y polígonos. Con software adicional, tal como el ArtCAM Pro o Aspire, o utilizando la Sonda de Digitalización ShopBot, el Graduador cortará completos modelos en 3D rotados en madera, plástico, metales no ferrosos y espuma.
